CANCELLATION POLICY

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. *If you do not cancel 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged: 100% OF ALL SERVICES THAT YOU BOOKED. Ex: If you book a $200 service and cancel last minute the cancellation fee is $200. Grace period: 5 minutes for all services *If you do not contact me to let me know you are running late within the first 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment it will be cancelled and you will be considered a no call no show and charged the cancellation fee. *If you are a NO CALL NO SHOW, you will be banned from booking any services. The cancellation fee will also be applied. *If you come to your appointment with more than half of your lash extensions missing on each eye the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged full price for the appointment.
